Advenir is committed to the needs of a sustainable environment. In an effort to be a leader in this area, Advenir has adopted the “Advenir Goes Green Program,” preferring products that contain recycled materials, are cost effective, and implement policies and procedures that reduce our impact on the environment. Through Trees for the Future, Advenir will plant a tree for every new signed lease obtained at each of our apartment communities. Advenir is determined to preserve our environment one lease at a time.

Since 1989, Trees for the Future, an international non-profit organization, has been helping communities around the world plant trees. Trees for the Future has empowered rural groups to restore tree cover to their lands. Planting trees protects the environment and helps to preserve traditional livelihoods and cultures for generations. Advenir is committed to the need of a sustainable environment and marvels at the positive impact Trees for the Future has on our environment.
